What you’ll be doing

• Define visual actions (screen transitions & animations, micro-interactions) using UI and motion design skills for omnichannel solutions (mobile-first)

• Create innovative, user-centred visual design solutions

• Quickly deliver new features and ideas based on user and client feedback while maintaining a high level of design quality and consistency

• Flip between UI and product design activities, prototyping flows, and UI animations.

• Collaborate within an established digital design team, and be able to execute both tactical and strategic solutions

 What you’ll need

• Experience managing component libraries in Sketch and Figma

• Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, iconography, interaction design, motion principles, and grid theory

• Ability to create stunning visual compositions/components with strong attention to detail

• Excellence in visual design and brand is a must, demonstrated through design concepts, documentation, and style guides

• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite, Sketch/Figma, Invision, Principle, Zeplin, Abstract, Protopie, Axure, etc.; ability to switch between using different software

• Experience collaborating with Strategists, UX designers and other UI/Motion designers

• A systems-level thinker and highly organized; a proactive, independent working style

• Strong presentation and documentation skills

• Proactively contribute to the cultural development of the team

• Other animation abilities are a plus, such as explainer animation/videos in AfterEffects for example

• Illustration ability is also an advantage
