What you’ll be doing
The content strategist's responsibilities include determining which formats best communicate various types of content, identifying ways to increase brand awareness, and conducting keyword research. You will analyse user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not.
To be successful as a content strategist, you will collaborate with the digital design (and marketing) team to develop both tactical and strategic solutions. Ultimately, an outstanding content strategist needs to demonstrate exceptional content presentation skills, be able to innovate effective solutions and work well within a service design team under time constraints.
This is a superb opportunity to help shape the beginning of Content Design capability forward, bringing your own unique way of creating what Content design and strategy means for Tangity UK and NTT DATA’s clients. We already have a strong Content Design offering established in our Italian studios, so the ability to build strong cross-studio relationships is important.
Your responsabilities include:
Developing clear and engaging digital content consistent with brand values, image and tone of voice, and addressing both business goals and consumer needs.
Analyse content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
Perform, assist, and guide content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
Perform content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
Engage in and delegate tasks to content writers and editors and providing feedback.
Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar.
Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content.
Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional research methods.
What you'll need
Proven content strategy and project management experience.
Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
Strong content presentation skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Exceptional understanding of content needs for omnichannel experiences.
Effective communication skills.
Proactively contribute to the cultural development of the team.
